Dustin Anthamatten-Dominguez
Dustin Anthamatten-Dominguez helps organizations transform complexity into measurable success. An experienced executive, business advisor, and entrepreneur, he has a proven track record in strategic leadership, operations, and finance. His career spans both institutional leadership—guiding major health systems, financial organizations, and nonprofits through growth, transformation, and operational improvement—and entrepreneurial ventures, where he advises high-growth enterprises and startups on go-to-market strategies, scalability, and sustainable growth.
Recognized by Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and named DFW’s Young Healthcare Executive of the Year, Dustin has held senior leadership roles in complex organizations, including System Vice President of Operations for a major health system and dual CFO/COO responsibilities at a large urban medical center. He has also shared his expertise as a professor in NYU’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
As founder of Canem Solutions, Dustin now provides strategic advisory and fractional executive services to organizations seeking to overcome challenges, scale effectively, and achieve sustainable growth. Dustin holds advanced degrees across multiple disciplines, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB).
